在PS/PP合金的共混过程中分散相粒径的变化 被引量:3

摘要 采用间隙取样法,用扫描电子电镜观测聚苯乙烯/聚丙烯合金的相分布,求出分散相的粒径, 研究了熔融共混过程中分散相粒径的变化规律结果表明,分散相粒径随着体系内分散相含量的增加而增 大;粒径不仅受剪切速率大小的影响,还受分散相和连续相动态弹性模量的制约;在共混过程中,分散相粒 子大小的变化主要发生在共混的初期。 The PS/PP alloyes are produced using a mixed apparatus at 200 ℃. The influences of dispersed phase concentration, shear rate and meting mixing times for the Dispersion phase droplet size of PP/PS alloy were investigated by using interval sample. The morphology of alloy was observed by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and size distribution of dispersed phase was calculated. Results showed that more dispersion phase caused droplet size bigger, droplet size is influenced by the shear rate and the elastic modulus of dispersion phase, droplet size of dispersion phase changed mainly in the beginning period of meting mixing and balance is obtained at last.
