Reaction Characteristics of SHS Process in Al-TiO_2 System

采用 DSC和激冷实验对 Al- Ti O2 的 SHS反应过程进行了详细的研究。结果表明 ,Al还原 Ti O2 的过程为 :液态 Al在 Ti O2 颗粒表面铺展并与 Al反应 ,从而在 Ti O2 颗粒周围形成中间产物层 Ti O2 - x,此后还原过程不断通过氧在中间产物层 Ti O2 -

WT5BZ]The SHS reaction process of Al TiO 2 system was studied by means of DSC and quenching experiment. The results show that the intermediate compounds of TiO 2-x is formed when molten Al spreads on the surface of TiO 2 particles.And the key factor of the reduction reaction in Al TiO 2 system is the oxygen diffusion through TiO 2-x layers.
