消痔灵注射液治疗肛肠痔病人过程中血铝、尿铝的动态观察

Aluminum Levels in the Serum and Urine of Patients Treated with Xiao-Zhi-Ling

目的 :为了查明消痔灵注射液主要成份(硫酸钾铝 )在治疗痔疮病人的过程中 ,铝离子在人体内的动态变化。方法 :采用日立塞曼原子吸收法测定了尿铝、血铝的浓度。结果 :病人给药 6h后尿铝可高达 90 9 76 μg (人·h)。 72h后达到正常水平4 9 39μg (人·h)。血清铝浓度的高峰也出现在给药6h后 ,平均值达 2 15 5μg L。直到 72h后血清铝达到正常水平。结论 :用消痔灵注射液治疗痔疮病人的过程中 ,铝离子不会对人体健康造成影响。

Objective:To determine the aluminum levels in the serum and urine of patients treated with Xiao Zhi Ling which the main opponent is potassium aluminum sulfate.Methods:The concentration of serum and urine aluminum was measured by Hitachi Zeeman atomic absorption spectrophotometer.Results:The results showed that the concentration in urine reached as high as 909 76 μg/(person·h) after six hours treatment and returned to normal level 44 39 μg/(person·h) seventy two hours later of treatment. The mean value of serum aluminum was 215 5 μg/L after six hours treatment, and seventy two hours later serum aluminum returned to the normal level.Conclusion:It seems that potassium aluminium sulfate has no significant side effect to health.
