摘要
为了探讨高温超导探测器的应用前景 ,研制了 1 2元线列高温超导探测器和成像原理样机。1 2元高温超导探测器的黑体平均 D*≥ 1 .8× 1 0 9cm Hz1/ 2 W- 1,平均 R≥ 1 .9× 1 0 4 VW- 1和 3mm辐射响应平均 D* ≥ 7.5× 1 0 8cm Hz1/ 2 W- 1,平均 R≥ 1 .6× 1 0 4 VW- 1。采用能量探测器代替外差混频器件研制的成像系统对 3mm辐射成像获得成功 ,预示高温超导探测器 (Bolometer)在 3mm波可得到广泛应用。
In order to probe into the application prospect of High Tc Superconductor, 12 element line array high Tc superconductive detector and model machine of imaging principle have been developed. The average value of the 12 element high Tc superconductive detector at black-body is:D *≥1.8×10 9cmHz 1/2 W -1 、R≥1.9×10 4VW -1 ,and the average value at the 3mm radiation is:D *≥7.5×10 8cmHz 1/2 W -1 、R≥1.6×10 4VW -1 . The imaging system of the heterodyne mixer type was replaced by the energy type detector, which has obtained success at the 3mm radiation. It is indicated that the high Tc superconductive detector would be extensively applied in the future.
