Discussion on Relations between State and Property

“态决定性质,性质依赖于态”表明了态和性质的关系。研究中人们对态和性质的关系存在两种思维方式:正向思维和逆向思维。这两种思维的实质是相同的,但侧重点不同,对研究者的心态有不同的影响。在此提出讨论,以便共同培育良好的创新环境。

That state determines property and property depends on state shows the relations between state and property.When the relation between state and property is concerned there are two modes of thinking:positive- going thinking and thinking in reverse.Their parenchyma are the same but they emphasize different aspects and have different impact on the state of mind of researchers.In the paper the author explores how a favourable climate for o- riginal innovation can be created.
