比色法测定盐酸氨基葡萄糖片的含量

STUDY ON DETERMINATION OF GLUCOSAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE TABLETS BY COLORIMETRY

目的：测定盐酸氨基葡萄糖片中盐酸氨基葡萄糖的含量。方法：利用氨基葡萄糖具Ｅｌｓｏｎ－Ｍｏｒｇａｎ反应，显色后在５２７ｎｍ波长处有最大吸收，空白辅料无干扰。结果：盐酸氨基葡萄糖含量在 １２．４μｇ·ｍｌ－１～３６·４μｇ·ｍｌ－１范围内，浓度与吸光度之间有良好线性关系（ ｒ＝ ０．９９９９），平均回收率 １００．３％（ ｎ＝ ３）。结论：该方法灵敏、专属、准确、操作简单，可供该制剂的含量测定。

OBJECTIVE: To measure glucosamine hydrochloride of tablets. METHODS: By Elson-Morgan reaction glucosamine hydrochloride was determined at 527 nm and blank supplements had little interference. RESULTS: The contents of glucosamine hydrochloride were 12. 4 - 3. 64 μg·ml-1.There was fine linear relationship between concentration and absorbance (r = 0. 9999). The average recovery was 100.3%. CONCLUSION: The method was sensitive, specific, accurate, simple and was suitable for measuring contents of glucosamine hydrochloride preparations.
