萃取分光光度法测定伤风止咳糖浆中盐酸异丙嗪的含量

DETERMINATION OF PROMETHAZINE HYDROCHLORIDE IN COUGH-MIXTURE SYRUPS BY EXTRACTIVE SPECTROPHOTOMETRY

目的：测定伤风止咳糖浆中盐酸异丙嗪的含量。方法：利用盐酸异丙嗪在０．１ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１盐酸酸性条件下，可与橙黄Ⅱ形成有色的离子对络合物，并可定量萃取于氯仿中，用分光光度法测定。结果：在３～１８μｇ·ｍｌ－１的浓度范围内，线性关系良好（ｒ＝０．９９９９）。平均回收率为１００．１１％，ＲＳＤ＝０．７９％。结论：方法快速简便，专属性强。

OBJECTIVE: To establish a simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate method for the determination of promethazine hydrochloride in Cough-mixture syrups. METHODS: Based on the formation of coluredion pair complexes of promethazine with Orange-Ⅱ in the solution of 0.1 mol·L-1 HCL. The complexes were quantitiatively extracted into chloroform and determined by spectrophotometry. RESULTS: Linear relationship was found in the range of 3 - 18 μg.ml-1, r = 0.9999. The average recovery was 100. 11%, RSD = 0. 79%. CONCLUSION: The method was rapid, simple, specific and accurate.
