补肾方治疗绝经期Ⅱ型糖尿病50例临床观察

Clinic Observation on the Effect of Bushen Formula(补肾汤) on NDDM Ⅱ in Climacteric Period,a Report of 50 Cases

采用补肾方治疗绝经期 型糖尿病 50例 (治疗组 ) ,并与益气养阴清热方治疗 30例 (对照组 )对照观察 ,同时选 2 5例绝经期健康女性作为正常对照组 ,检测治疗前后空腹血糖 (FBG)、餐后 2 h血糖 (PBG)、糖基化血红蛋白 (Hb A1 C)、C肽及胰岛素 (INS)、雌二醇 (E2 )和睾酮 (T)指标 ,并作统计学处理。结果 :治疗前治疗组与对照组比较各项指标无显著差异 ,与正常对照组比较 C肽、INS、E2 、T均明显降低 (P<0 . 0 5) ;治疗后治疗组 FBG、PBG、Hb A1 C、C肽、INS、E2 及 T、E2 / T均与治疗前比较有显著差异 ,而对照组治疗前后比较无显著差异 (P>0 . 0 5)。结果显示 :补肾方能调节性激素水平 ,提高胰岛 β细胞的分泌能力 ,从而降低血糖。

Fifty cases of NDDM Ⅱ climacteric period were treated with Bushen Formula(BF),and 30 cases of patients treated with flourishing qi and eliminating heat were set up as the control group,25 cases healthy female were set up as the normal control group.FBG,PBG,HbA,HbC 1C peptide,insulin,E 2 and T were determined and analyzed statistically.Result:Before treatment the difference of the indexes determined between the treatment group and the control group was not significant,the difference of C peptide,insulin,E 2,T between the treatment group and normal control group was significant (P<0 05).After treatment the difference of FBG,PBG,HbA 1C,insulin,E 2,T and E 2/T in the treatment group before and after treatment was significant,while in control group before and after treatment it was not significant(P>0 05).
