摘要
目的 :对山丹芍药汤化学成分进行研究。方法 :水提醇沉法制备样品 ,氯仿、乙酸乙酯和水饱和正丁醇提取 ,硅胶、聚酰胺柱进行分离 ,物理、化学和光谱学方法鉴定化合物。结果和结论 :从氯仿和乙酸乙酯提取部分分得 6个化合物 ,为丹参酮ⅡA、苯甲酸、阿魏酸、隐丹参酮、β 谷甾醇和熊果酸。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Shandanshaoyao Decoction.Method:The sample was prepared using boiling water, then precipitated by 75% ethanol. The ethanol soluble fraction was extracted by chloroform, ethyl acetate and n butanol respectively. The extracts were isolated using silica gel and polyamide column chromatography, and the chemical constituents were identified by chemical and spectroscopic methods.Result:Six compounds were isolated from the chloroform and ethyl acetate extracts, and elucidated as tanshinone Ⅱ A, benzoic acid, ferulic acid,cryptotanshinone,β stitosterol and ursolic acid respectively.Conclusion:A preliminary study on the chemical constituents in traditional Chinese compound recipe Shandanshaoyao Decoction is reported.
