Determination of stachydrine in Qianlietai tablets by HPLC with pre column derivation

建立柱前衍生化 HPLC测定前列泰片的主药益母草中水苏碱含量的方法。以对溴基溴化苯乙酮为衍生化试剂 ,1 8-冠醚 - 6为相转移催化剂 ,流动相为甲醇∶水 ( 75∶ 2 5) ,检测波长 2 54nm,用外标法定量。线性范围0 .5～ 5μg,r =0 .9992 ,平均回收率 1 0 0 .1 % ,RSD 0 .64%。方法重现性好 ,灵敏度高 ,可用于前列泰片的质量控制。

To establish the pre column derivation HPLC method for determination of stachydrine in Qianlietai tablets. 2,4' dibromacetophenon was selected as derivative reagent and 18 crown 6 as TPC. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water(75∶25). The eluant was monitored at 254nm. The linear range was 0 5～5μg, r=0 9992. The average recovery was 100 1%. RSD=0 64%. This method was sensitive and accurate, which could be used as the quality control for Qianlietai tablets.
