前列腺素E_1对肝硬化患者IL-6,IL-8及ALT的影响

Prostaglandin E_1 reduces contents of IL-6, IL-8, serum bilirubin and ALT in patients with cirrhosis

目的 研究前列腺素 E1 (PGE1 )对肝硬化患者血清IL- 6 ,IL- 8和血清总胆红素 (SB)及 AL T的影响 .方法 应用放射免疫法测定了 30例肝硬化患者应用 PGE1 前后血清IL - 6 ,IL - 8,SB和 AL T的变化 ,并与 30例应用常规保肝治疗的肝硬化患者对比 ,同时测定了 2 0名正常人的血清 IL- 6和 IL - 8含量 .结果 肝硬化组和正常对照组的 IL - 6含量分别为 (4 36± 10 6 ) ng· L- 1 和 (2 5 5± 83) ng· L- 1 (P <0 .0 1) ,IL- 8含量分别为 (4 2 9± 6 2 ) ng· L- 1和 (2 77± 71) ng· L- 1 (P<0 .0 1) .应用 PGE1 治疗后 ,IL - 6下降为 (345± 48) ng· L- 1(P<0 .0 1) ,IL- 8下降为 (32 5± 5 0 ) ng· L- 1 (P<0 .0 1) ,SB由(32± 9)μmol· L- 1 降为 (19± 7)μmol· L- 1 (P<0 .0 1) ,AL T由 (115± 5 1) U· L- 1降为 (75± 2 9) U· L- 1 (P<0 .0 1) ,对照治疗组的 IL- 6 ,IL- 8,SB及 AL T亦显著降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) .结论 PGE1 能显著降低肝硬化患者血中 IL - 6 ,IL - 8,SB及AL T含量 ,疗效优于常规治疗组 。

AIM To investigate the effects of prostaglandin E 1 on the contents of IL 6, IL 8, serum bilirubin (SB) and ALT in patients with cirrhosis. METHODS Using RIA method, serum contents of IL 6 and IL 8 were measured in normal control and paitents with cirrhosis (before and aftertreatment with PGE 1 and other medicine). Serum contents of SB and ALT were also measured. RESUITS The serum contents of IL 6 and IL 8 were significantly higher in patients with cirrhosis than that in the normal control ( P <0.01). After treatment with PGE 1, the serum contents of IL 6, IL 8, SB and ALT all significantly declined ( P <0.01). CONCLUSION PGE 1 can significantly reduce the serum contents of IL 6, IL 8, SB and ALT in patients with cirrhosis.
