CD44V6,nm23-H1表达与子宫内膜癌临床及病理的关系

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE EXPRESSION OF CD44V6,nm23 H1 AND THE CLINICOPATHOLOGICAL FACTORS OF ENDOMETRIAL CANCER

目的 研究子宫内膜癌CD44V6 ,nm2 3 H1基因的不同表达与其临床及病理各因素间的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学S P法检测CD44V6与nm2 3 H1在 5 5例子宫内膜癌中的表达 ,分析其与子宫内膜癌的临床及病理各参数的关系。结果 (1)CD44V6的表达率与子宫内膜癌的分期 ,组织病理分级及癌组织肌层浸润深度之间无相关关系。在腺癌中其表达率低于鳞腺癌 ,在淋巴结转移 (LNM)阳性的病例中其表达率低于LNM阴性者。 (2 )nm2 3 H1的阳性表达率与子宫内膜癌的分期及组织类型之间无相关关系 ,与组织病理分级及肌层浸润深度呈负相关。在LNM(+)者中其表达率显著低于LNM(- )者。 (3)CD44V6与nm2 3 H1的阳性表达率之间无相关关系。结论 (1)CD44V6在子宫内膜腺癌中的阳性表达率及过度表达率均显著低于鳞腺癌。 (2 )CD44V6的低表达可促进盆腔淋巴结转移。 (3)nm2 3 H1的低表达与高组织病理分级 ,深肌层浸润及淋巴结转移有关。(4 )CD44V6的阳性表达率与nm2 3 H1的阳性表达率之间无相关关系。

Objective To study the relationship between the expressions of CD44V6, nm23 H1 and the clinicopathological factors of endometrial cancer.Methods The expression of CD44V6 and nm23 H1 in 55 cases of endometrial cancer was detected by immunohistochemical S P method and the relationship between the expression and the clinicopathological factors of endometrial cancer was analyzed. Results 1 The expression rate of CD44V6 was neither correlated with staging, histopathological grading of the endometrial cancer nor with the depth of the cancer invading the uterine myometrium. The expression rate was lower in adenocarcinoma than that in adenosquamocarcinoma. The expression rate in case of lympth node metastasis was lower than that in negative lymph node metastasis. 2 The expression rate of nm23 H1 was not correlated with the staging and histologic types of cancer, but it was inversely correlated with the histopathological grading, the depth of cancer invading the myometrium and lymph node metastasis. 3 There was no apparent relation between the expression of CD44V6 and that of nm23 H1. Conclusion 1 The expression and over expression rate of CD44V6 in the endometrial adenocarcinoma is significantly lower than that in adenosquamocarcinoma. 2 The lower expression of CD44V6 may promote lymph node metastasis. 3 The lower expression of nm23 H1 is correlated with high histopathological grading, the depth of cancer invading myometrium and lymph node metastasis. 4 The positive expression rate of CD44V6 is not correlated with that of nm23 H1.$$$$
