NVB+DDP联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF NAVELBINE PLUS CISPLATIN COMBINED THERAPY IN TREATING ADVANCED NON SMALL CELL LUNG CANCER

目的 观察NVB +DDP治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及毒副作用。方法 治疗非小细胞肺癌 33例。NVB 2 5mg/m2 第 1、8天静脉推注 ;DDP 30mg/m2 第 2、3、4天静脉滴注。结果 全组为初治病人 ,总有效率 48 5 % ,完全缓解(CR) 1例 (3% ) ,部分缓解 (PR) 15例 (4 5 5 % ) ,稳定 (NC) 12例 (36 3% ) ,进展 (PD) 5例 (15 % )。主要毒副反应是骨髓抑制 ,白细胞下降占 81 8% ,其中 3、4度占 30 3%。结论 NVB +DDP治疗非小细胞肺癌 ,疗效较好 ,毒副反应可以耐受。

Objective To evaluation the effect and toxicity of combined chemotherapy with navelbine (NVB) plus cisplatin (DDP) in treating non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods 33 patients with NSCLC were enrolled in this study. NVB was administered at a dose of 25 mg/m 2 on day 1 and 8, DDP 30 mg/m 2 on day 2～4.Results The over all response rate was 48.5% with 1 (3%) CR and 15 (45.5%) PR. The disease was stable in 12(36.3%) and was progressive in 5 (15%). The main toxicity was neutropenia which occuerred in 81.8% (30.3% with grade 3 and 4).Conclusion NVB plus DDP combined therapy is an active regiment for advanced NSCLC with acceptable toxicity.$$$$
