粤闽汉族人群MN血型分布及基因频率调查

Study on the Distribution of MN Types and Gene Frequencies in Guangdong-Fujian area

目的 :通过对粤闽地区人群 1 0 46例红细胞MN表现型的检测 ,了解MN血型的分布状况及基因频率的调查。方法 :采用平板法用标准抗M、抗N血清检测。结果 :粤闽地区的MN血型的基因频率为m =0 5 82 7,n =0 41 73。结论 :可以证明该地区的表现型分布状况及基因频率相对稳定的 ,不受性别和ABO血型的影响 ,并填补了该地区MN血型系统群体遗传学数据的空白。
