肢体缺血再灌注致肺损伤的组织学观察

摘要 目的 通过动物实验观察肢体缺血再灌注损伤对肺组织形态学结构的影响。方法  110只Wistar大鼠随机分成正常对照、缺血 2h和缺血 3h三个组。缺血期和再灌注 1,2 ,3 ,2 4h取材行大体和组织形态学观察。结果 实验组肺水肿、肺泡隔增厚、毛细血管扩张、充血 ,大量中性白细胞浸润 ,局部肺不张和肺包膜细胞变性坏死。结论 肢体缺血再灌注可引起急性肺损伤。 Objective To observe pathology change of the lung after lower limb ischemic reperfusion injury. Method One hundred and ten rats were divided into control group, ischemia 2-hours and 3-hours groups. The histological assessment of the lung tissue were undertaken at 0, 1, 2, 3 and 24 hours after reperfusion. Result It was found that pulmonary edema, microvascular congestion, infiltration of large amount of polymorphonuclear neutrophil (PMN) and partial pulmonary collapse were observed in experimental group at 3-hour ischemia, 1, 2, 3 and 24 hours after reperfusion. Conclusion Reperfusion of acute ischemic extremites may produce structural change in lung.
