窥视下经尿道液电冲击波膀胱碎石42例

摘要 目的 观察使用液电碎石机对 42例膀胱结石病人碎石的临床疗效。方法 从 1995年 1月~ 2 0 0 0年 12月 ,应用西德WOLF厂生产的 2 135型碎石机窥视下经尿道行液电冲击波膀胱碎石 42例 ,电极头超过膀胱镜镜窗 1cm距结石缘0 .1~ 0 .2cm轰击。结果  42例病人 5 1颗膀胱结石均一次碎石成功 ,无膀胱穿孔发生。结论 膀胱液电碎石术治疗膀胱结石疗效确切 ,操作简便 ,安全性大而痛苦小。 Objective To observe the clinical effect on 42 cases with cystocith treated with transurethral electrohydraulic shock wave lithotripsy. Method From January 1995 to December 2000, 42 consecutive cases with cystocith were treated by electrohydraulic shock wave lithotripsy with German-made (WOLF) Type 2 135 lithotripter, electrode hit the stone about 0.1~0.2 cm around it 1 cm away from cystoscope. Result The 51 stones of the 41 cases were treated in success once. No significant complication was observed. Conclusion It is very simple, safe, effective and painless to treat cystocith with electrohydraulic shock wave lithotripsy.
