绝经后妇女脑梗死患者性激素及血脂变化关系的研究 被引量:1

摘要 :目的 探讨绝经后妇女脑梗死患者性激素与血脂变化的关系。方法 测定 2 5例绝经后妇女脑梗死患者 (A组 ) ;2 3例绝经后健康妇女 (B组 ) ;2 0例正常育龄行经妇女 (C组 )的血清雌二醇 (E2 )、孕激素 (P)、促卵泡刺激素 (FSH)、促黄体生成素 (LH)、孕酮 (T) ;同时测定了血浆总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)。结果 A组与B组、C组比较显示 :E2 ,HDL C水平显著降低 ,T ,FSH ,LH ,TC ,TG ,LDL C水平显著增高。线性相关分析显示E2 与FSH ,LH ,TC ,TG ,LDL C呈显著负相关 ,而与HLD C呈显著正相关。结论 绝经后妇女脑梗死患者存在着严重的性激素失调及脂代谢异常 ,可能为绝经后妇女脑梗死发病的原因之一。 Objective To study the changes of sex hormone and serum lipid levels in postmenopausal women with cerebral infarction. Method 25 postmenopausal women with cerebral infarction (group A); 23 healthy postmenopausal women (group B) and 20 healthy prmenopausal women (group C) were selected to compare the serum levels of estradiol (E 2), progesterone (P), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), testosterone (T), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C). Result Analysis of variance revealed that serum levels of T, FSH, LH, TC, TG, LDL-C were significantly higer while E 2 and HDL-C lower in group A than those in group B and group C. Correlation analysis showed that serum E 2 level was negatively correlated with serum FSH, LH, TC, TG and LDL-C levels, but positively correlated with HDL-C. Conclusion The study indicates that sex hormones disorder and adverse serum lipid profile are important risk factors of cerebral infarction in postmenopausal women.
