摘要 目的 评价立体定向放射外科治疗垂体瘤在控制肿瘤生长和改善内分泌异常方面的作用和疗效。方法 1993~1997年,共有469例垂体瘤在我院接受伽玛刀治疗,其中74例被诊断为分泌型垂体瘤。详细叙述有关操作要点和治疗参数。结果 386例平均随访34个月,随访中除4例因治疗后垂体体积增大,再次手术切除外,其余均控制生长。结论 立体定向放射外科治疗垂体腺瘤,即使作为首选治疗,对控制肿瘤生长和改善内分泌异常的作用是安全和有效的。对治疗后影像改变及内分泌变化进行分析,探讨剂量与疗效的关系。并对随访中的并发症结合文献加以讨论。 Objective In this study the authors estimated the efficacy of Gamma knife radiosurgeryGKR both in the tumor growth and endocrinological response of pituitary adenomas. Method From 1993 to 1997 469 patients with pituitary adenomas were treated with GKR. Among them 274 patients were diagnosed as hypersecreting adenomas. The dose related to the tumor growth control and endocrinological normalization were detailed and analysis. Result 386 patients 82% were followed up for an average of 34.3 months. 4 patients had undergone surgery after GKR for the slight expansion. Conclusion Gamma knife radiosurgery as a primate surgical treatment for pituitary adenomas can be safe and effective The complications after Gamma Knife had been discussed with literature review.
