摘要
目的 :研究乌索酸对动物实验性肝损伤的保护和治疗作用。方法 :采用四氯化碳注射造成大鼠实验性肝损伤模型 ,观察乌索酸对肝损伤的影响。结果 :研究表明乌索酸能使急性肝损伤大鼠血清SGPT及肝甘油三脂显著下降 ,血清甘油三脂、β-脂蛋白及肝糖原含量增加 ,肝细胞变性、坏死明显减轻。结论
Objective:Studying in the effect of Ursolic acid for prevention and treatment of laboratory hepatic injury in animals Methods:Observing the influence of Ursolic acid on the hepatic injury through the model of laboratory hepatic jnjury in rats caused by injection of CCI 4 Results:It shows that Ursolic acid can lower SGPT and liver triglyceride of acute hepatic injury rats obviously,increase serum triglyceride and β-lipoprotein and liver glycogen contents,ease degeneration and necrosis of liver cells greatly Conclusion:It proves that ursolic acid has effect of protecting and theatment on the laboratory hepatic injury in rats [
