血清肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)检测及其在恶性肿瘤诊断中的应用价值

Tumour Supplied Group of Factors (TSGF) Test and The Value of Application in tumour Diagnosis

目的 :探讨恶性肿瘤特异生长因子检测在中瘤诊断及疗效观察中的价值。方法 :利用化学法 ,对恶性肿瘤患者血清TSGF含量进行测定。结果 :恶性肿瘤患者血清中TSGF含量明显升高 ,且治疗后含量和阳性率明显下降。其对恶性肿瘤诊断的敏感性为 78 8% ,特异性可达 96 0 % ,准确性为 83 5 %。结论 :对恶性肿瘤的筛查诊断、疗效观察、病情监测和预后有极为重要的意义。

We have measured serum TSGF levels in 25 normal people and 112 malignant tumour patients our result showed that: The serum TSGF of patients significantly is higher than ahat of normal people The serum TSGF level are decrease after treated The sensitivity,specificity and the accuracy were 78 8%96 0% and 83 5% respectively Determination of serum TSGF is especially helpful in diagnosis of malignant tumor Increase TSGF concentration in serum may strongly indicate progress malignant tumour and poor prognosis [
