Dimension Test Method of Prefabricated Ribbed Arch Components

对于大型构件 ,一般都是分段制作 ,经现场预拼并满足设计要求后再行吊装。实际中有时无法完全遵循上述步骤。针对这一情况 ,本文提出了大型预制件线形质量的现场检测方法 ,通过构件测量数据处理 ,构件模拟拼装 ,达到检定构件线形制作质量之目的。

For large-scale prefabricated construction units, they are always made into many sections, to be put together and to test the dimension quality. Only when satisfying the requirements of design, would they be put to the place where they should stand. However, many practical problems make it impossible to follow the process. In this paper, the authors put forward a new way of dimension quality test of prefabricated ribbed arch box section on the spot, by processing measured data and assembly simulation. This method has proved to be of great practical values.
