国产200 MW汽轮机组调峰运行转子热应力场和寿命损耗分析 被引量:1

摘要 根据广东省韶关电厂8号机调峰运行的试验数据,运用九节点等参单元的有限元计算程序,对国产200MW汽轮机高、中压转子在不同变负荷率下进行了温度场和热应力场的数值计算,并计算了低负荷调峰方式下滑压运行时的转子低周疲劳寿命损耗,为确定该型机组的最佳低负荷调峰运行曲线提供理论依据。
