摘要
针对汽轮机各主要参数偏离设计值会对机组经济性造成影响, 提出一套计算方法。通过计算、比较分析各主要参数(如主蒸汽温度、主蒸汽压力、排汽压力、排汽真空、给水温度、机组内效率及发电机效率等)和其它因素对热耗率的影响值, 找出汽轮机运行经济性降低的主要原因, 提出节能措施。通过举例计算和分析,进一步说明该计算方法的应用。
The economics of steam turbo units will be affected if major turbine parameters deviate from the designed values,in view of which a set of computational formulas is presented.The impacts of differing major parameters,such as main steam temperature,main steam pressure,exhaust steam pressure,exhaust vacuum,feed water temperature,internal efficiency of unit and efficiency of power generator,and other factors on heat consumption rate are calculated and compared.On this basis,the main cause of operational economics reduction of steam turbines are found out,and energy saving measures are put forth.The application of the proposed computational method is further demonstrated through a case study.
