摘要
以1台可伸缩铣头5坐标机床技术改造为实例,采用PLC实现主轴套筒的移动,解决5坐标加工中遇到的“转动中心距”问题。通过输入输出接口分析,提出主轴套筒移动控制的详细设计,总结出在机床控制中主轴套筒移动控制的一般原理与方法。
This paper applies the remanufacture for a 5-axes Numerical Control Machine as an actual example, which carries out the motion of the spindle sleeve by PLC. By means of analyzing the statuses of input & output and the interface of data block. It presents the detail design of the spindle sleeve moving, and sums up a. general principle and method for the control of machine.
