摘要
简述了混联式机床中的 3_RPS并联机构刚度的边界元解析方法。采用关节合成的方法对并联杆系机构的机械结构系统进行静力学建模 ;将构件作为柔性体 ,利用边界元法对并联机构的静力学特性进行了解析 ,得出了 3_RPS并联机构各分支的受力状态及系统的刚度。
s:This paper introduces the analyzing method for boundary elements of rigidity of 3 RPS parallel mechanism in hybrid serial parallel machine tool. A joints integrating method is used and a statics modeling is built for mechanical system of parallel links' structure: the components are used as flexible parts and an analysis is made on static characteristics of the parallel mechanism with boundary element method and the forced condition of branches and rigidity of the system in 3 RPS parallel mechanism are obtained.
