摘要
在研究工程中常用的滚动轴承振动检测的SPM方法原理的基础上 ,我们设计与采用高速峰值保持电路的振动脉冲序列生成电路 ,改进了计算冲击脉冲的高频值 (HR)和低频值 (LR)的计算方法 ,使SPM方法的实时性大为提高 ,并研制了多通道滚动轴承在线状态监测的仪器系统 。
On the basis of research into the principle of SPM method on rolling bearing monitoring instrument,we design and adopt high-speed low drift peak detector to produce pulse sequence,improve the method of calculating the value of pulse's high-frequency and low-frequency,these bring great improvement of the real-time characteristic of SPM method,and develop the rolling bearing on-line monitoring instrument with many channels which has already been running in the worksite。
