摘要
指出了以往采用能量法导出的拉深凸缘皱曲强度过低的主要原因是将皱曲波宽近似等长于波弧。应用改进后的皱曲强度预测无压边皱曲临界毛坯尺寸和常数压边载荷下的最小防皱压边力 ,与试验结果和生产经验数据完全一致。压边力解同时也适合作为弹性压边的初始压边力。还对国内外有关理论和经验公式 ,对照实际作了比较和分析。
It is pointed that equating the width of wri nkl ing wave with length of its curve is principalreason why the strengths of flange wrinkling in cupdeep-drawing process are too low in the past ,which are dedu ced by using energy method.With the aid of improving wrinkling strengths,the pre dictions on both critical wrinkling dimension of blank without blan kholder and minimum blankholder pressure to prevent wrinkling under constant loa d are completely in agreement with both experimental results and experiential da te in production . The solution of blankholder pressure may be also used as firs t pressure under spring-loaded blankholder. Relative theoretical and experiment al formulas from home and abroad are compared and analyzed either by contrast wi th reality.
