摘要
提高主轴刚性和旋转精度 ,控制滚动体的公转和自转打滑 ,应对高速精密角接触球轴承施加一定的预紧载荷。不适当预紧载荷使轴承发热增加 ,降低轴承的疲劳寿命和影响主轴的旋转速度。根据机床主轴的使用要求选择合适的预紧载荷非常重要。本文在分析高速精密角接触球轴承钢球受力的基础上 ,给出了球在沟道中不产生陀螺滑动时应施加的最小预紧载荷。附图 3幅 ,表
In order to increase rigidity and rotation accuracy,to control the revolution and rotation slip of the rolling elements,the certain preload should be applied on a high speed angular contact ball bearing. The improper preload increases the heat generated by bearing,decreases fatigue life of the bearing and influences the rotation speed of the spindle. It is an very important to select proper preload according to the need of machine tool spindle. On the base of analyzing forces supported by high speed angular contact ball bearing,the paper gives the minimum preload to be applied when the balls can not make gyro slip in the raceways.
