采用“现场使用寿命试验”评价高速磨头轴承的使用寿命基本准确可靠 ,关键是分清试验轴承失效的“轴承”和“非轴承”因素。试验证明 ,超精密高速磨头轴承的失效形式主要是保持架的磨损失效。要想进一步提高其使用寿命 ,必须探求具有良好耐磨性的保持架新型材质。附图 1幅 ,表
Service life test on site” is basically accurate and reliable to evaluate the service life of high speed spindle bearing. It is key to distinguish “bearing” and “non bearing” factors of test bearing failure. The test shows that the failure type of the super precision high speed spindle bearing is mainly cage wear. If its service life is to be increased further, the new cage material with excellent wearability must be found out.
