摘要
为适应高温卷取的需要 ,采用有限单元法对 1 580热连轧机卷取机卷筒扇形板在卷取过程中的热变形进行了分析计算 ,并在实验室进行了模拟试验 。
In order to meet the needs of high temperature coiling, the thermal deformation of the hot strip coiler′s segment in the process of coiling is analysed and calculated using the method of FEM.A simulation experiment has been carried out in the laboratory.The thermal deformation magnitude at the vital area has been gained.
