摘要
对鞍钢新改造的 PC轧机机架进行了有限元分析 ,得出了符合实际情况的应力场和变形状况 ,根据 PC轧机所具有的轧辊成对交叉轧制和全液压压下方式的特点 ,对机架立柱的孔槽区域进行了重点分析 ,得出立柱上通孔是受力最危险点的结论 ,为更深入地研究
FEA is used here to analyse the frame of PC rolling mill.As a result, stress field and deformed situation obtained prove to be conformable to the practice. Based on the traits of paired cross rolling and whole hydraulic pressure down, it specially analysed the hole and trough area of upright pillar,and got conclusion that the up hole is the most dangerous point.It provided reliable data and technical storage for further researching PC rolling mill.
