摘要
轴承系统的质量对钻头的寿命影响很大 ,合理地选择其轴向尺寸的设计基准 ,配置轴向尺寸公差 ,可增大一、二列推力轴承同时工作的可能性 ,减少轴向尺寸的磨损 ,提高轴承的工作寿命。为此 ,提出了四种设计基准方案进行分析和对比 ,最后定出最佳方案。附图 3幅 ,表 3个 ,参考文献 2篇。
The quality of the bearing system has significant influence on the life span of the Rock-bits. To select the axial design datum and distribute the tolerance of the axial dimensions reasonably would increase the probability of the first and second axial bearings working meantime,decreasing its wearing,improving the life span of the bearing system. Therefore,the author proposes four schemes for analysis that the optimal schemes can be got.
