烟气脱硫自动化控制系统

The Automatical Controlsystem for Desulfurating of Flue Gas

随着社会的发展 ,人们对环境的要求越来越高 ,排烟循环硫化床实验台的建设即为工业脱硫做准备。文中介绍了一种半干法脱硫的自动化控制系统。阐述了控制系统的组成及PLC系统的硬件结构和软件设计 ,该系统已调试完成运行良好 ,目前正进行应用于实际试生产推广阶段。

Along with the sociaty development,the people demands on the environment protection move and wore.The construction of the gas circle fluidized bed's experimental table for removing the flue has made the preparation to industrial desulfurize.In this paper an antomatical control system for desulfurazation using half dry method.The composition of this controlsystem and the design of hard structure and soft ware of the PLC system are described in this papre.This system is debugged and in good operation,At present,it is applied in preproduction and in spreading stage.
