摘要
研究了由快速凝固粉烧结制备的p型 Fe0.925Mn0.075Si2-0.17%(质量分数)Cu样品的热电性能随温度的变化。X射线衍射分析表明,快速凝固粉由α相和ε相组成。烧结样品800℃退火 21h后,完全转变为β半导体相。烧结时间对β-Fe-Si2合金的热电性能有较大的影响,烧结时间地长.Seebeck系数和电阻率越小。
P-type Fe0.925Mn0.075Si2-0. 17wt. % Cu alloys were prepared by rapid solidification technique and sintering. Temperature dependences of transport properties of samples were investigated. XRD analysis revealed that rapidly solidified powders were composed of a and e. phase and converted completely into single β phase after sintered at 1373K and annealed for 21h at 1073K. Sintering time had great effects on transport properties. The longer sintering time, the less Seebeck coefficient and electrical resistivity.
