摘要
对基层敏捷制造问题进行了分析 ,提出了解决问题的新思路 ,研究开发了适于基层敏捷制造的智能化自寻位数控机床。该机床通过仿人智能途径 ,主动感知工件信息、自动分析求解工件实际状态、实时生成加工轨迹 ,实现对工件的位姿自适应加工 ,彻底消除常规机床依赖精密夹具和人工找正所带来的众多弊端 ,为提高制造企业底层对市场动态变化的快速响应能力提供了一种新的装备。
The issue on basic level agile manufacturing is analyzed,a new way to solve it is put forward,and a kind of intelligent NC machine tool which is suitable for this basic level agile manufacturing is researched and developed.Through AI approaches this machine tool catches information of the work piece on its own initiative,analyzes and finds the real state of the workpiece automatically,creates machining track in real-time and performs adaptive machining according to the real position and attitude of the workpiece.So it breaks though the traditional machine tools' many limitations which come from its dependence on precision fixtures and manual setup,and provides a new equipment to improve the responding ability of the manufacturing enterprises in answer to the dynamic variations of the market.
