摘要 建立了热切割过程模型 ,通过求解切割前沿的能量平衡方程 ,找到了切割过程中热传导损失及热影响区宽度与切割工艺参数之间的数学关系。这些变量是贝克来数 (Pe)的函数。为了提高公式的通用性 ,采用量纲一的参数进行表述。该理论公式可用来预测切割速度。试验证明 ,切割速度的预测结果是非常准确的。 A mathematical model is founded to estimate heat conduction loss in laser cutting. By solving the energy balance equation in the cutting front, simple and accurate correlations are found for the conduction loss and thickness of the heat affected zone (HAZ). These variables are functions only of Peclet number ( Pe ), which may be thought of as a dimensionless cutting speed. In order to improve the adaptability, dimensionless parameters are used to describe these mathematical correlations. These correlations are then used to predict the cutting speed in laser cutting. The predictions show good coincidence with the experimental results.
