摘要
三环行星传动设计中,在工作应力、许用应力的设计参数和影响因素中存在着许多不确定性。这里综合运用了模糊数学理论和可靠性优化设计方法,建立起了三环行星传动的模糊可靠性优化设计的数学模型,对模糊变量和随机变量同时存在时的优化设计方法进行了探计,并给出了设计实例。其结果表明了模糊可靠性优化是一种更科学、更符合客观实际的设计方法。
The many indefinite exists in the design parameters and influence factors of the working stress and allowable stress of the K - H three - ring planetary reductor. In this paper, fuzzy mathematics theory and reliability optimum design method were managed synthetically, the math model of the fuzzy reliability optimum design of the K - H three.- ring planetary redactor. was established, The optimum design method was explored while fuzzy variable and random variable exist simultaneously, and the designing example was present. the result indicates that fuzzy reliability optimum method is the more scientific and practical designing method.
