多波长线性回归分光光度法的应用研究Ⅱ一钼(Ⅵ)和钒(Ⅴ)两组分体系的同时测定

摘要 在研究了Mo(Ⅵ)、钒(Ⅴ)与Tiron显色反应的基础上,借多波长数据线性回归方法处理了最大吸收峰仅差7nm的钼(Ⅵ)、钒(Ⅴ)两组分体系。选取了波长区间为298~380nm间的16个波长点进行测定。结果表明,当MO:V为2:10~10:2时,回归相关系数γ≥0.9986,回归线相对波动≤7.7%,用于含钼钒杂多酸盐样品的分析,取得较好结果。对Mo和V的回收率分别为95% ̄105%和97.5%~110%。 The linear regression analysis for multiwavelength data was applied to simultaneous determination of two usual interfering components Mo (Ⅵ ) and V (Ⅴ ). Mo(Ⅵ ) and V(Ⅴ ) complexeswere formed with Tiron in HAc-NaAc (pH = 4. 5) medium, which could be used to determine Mo(Ⅵ ) and V(Ⅴ ) with multiwavelength spectrophotometry. The absorbances of the mixture solutionwere measured at 16 wavelengths over the range of 298nm to 380nm. The linear correlation coefficients(r) are found to be ≥0. 9986 in the standard mixtures containing Mo(Ⅵ ) and V(Ⅴ ) with themolar ratio being from 2: 10 to 10: 2. The recovery rates of Mo(Ⅵ ) and V(Ⅴ ) are 95 %  ̄ 105and 97. 5% - 110%, respectively. The method has been used to directly determine Mo(Ⅵ ) and V(Ⅴ ) in the heteropoly compound samples with satisfactory results.
