摘要
在传统硅酸盐水泥熟料组成系统中,引入SO_3(通常以CaSO_4配料)不仅使所形成的水泥熟料矿物组成不同于硅酸盐水泥,同时也影响其矿物的形成机构及相互依存关系。本文用XRD,化学相分离方法,定量地研究了不同条件下铁相与石膏固相反应动力学特征,从而探讨了高铁水泥中主要熟料矿相C_2A_xF_(1-x)真和C_4A_3S的相对形成能力与温度、组成的关系,为进一步改善高铁水泥性能提供了基本思路。
The incorporation of SO_3 into the clinker mineral system of traditional portland cements (usually in the form of CaSO_4) not only makes the minerallogical composition of the cements formed in this way different from that of portland cement, but also may influence the forming mechanism of the minerals and their mutual coexisting relationship. In this paper, the solid reaction characteristics of C_2A_xF_(1-x) with CS under various conditions were quantitatively analyzed on the basis of the experimental results obtained by means of XRD and chemical phase separation method, and then the temperature dependence and the composition dependence of relative forming abilities of the major clinker minerals C_4A_3S and C_2A_xF_(1-x) in high-iron cements were investigated in an attempt to provide a fundmental clue for further improving the properties of high-iron cements.
