间磺丙氨基苯酚的合成和结构分析

摘要 以间氨基苯酚和丙磺酸内酯为原料,用改进的方法合成了间磺丙氨基酚[N-(3-Sulfopropyl)-m-aminophenol,简称SPAP]。用薄层色谱法(TLC)、元素分析(EA)、快原子轰击质谱法(FABMS)、红外吸收光谱法(IR)和核磁共振谱法(NMR)等对产品进行分析和结构鉴定,证明得到了间磺丙氨基苯酚纯品。差热分析(DTA)测得产品的熔距为227~273℃。峰温为245℃。产品的红外光谱、熔点和溶解性能表明,产品是一种典型的内盐。所提供的FABMS、NMR、IR、TLC、EA和DTA等数据均未见文献报道。 N-(3-Sulfopropyl)-m-aminophenol (SPAP) was synthesized from maminophenol and propane sultone by an improved method. The analysis and the structural identification were performed using thin—layer chromatography (TLC), elementary analysis (EA), fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry (FABMS), nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry (NMR), infra-red absorption spectrometry (IR) etc., indicating that the product obtained is pure N-(3-sulfopropyl)-m-aminophenol. The melting range of 227 to 273℃ and the peak temperature of 245℃ for the product were obtaind by differential thermal analysis. The IR spectrum, m.p. and solubilities of the product show that it is a typical zwitterion. And the information presented in the paper concerning the data of FABMS, NMR, IR, TLC, EA and DTA had not been available in the literature before.
