KF分光光度法同时测定复方洗必太滴鼻液中两组分含量

摘要 在甘油不作任何预处理的情况下,用卡尔曼滤波法(KF)准确地分光光度测定了复方洗必太滴鼻液中盐酸麻黄碱和醋酸洗必太的含量,两组分的平均回收率置信区间分别为(100.7±0.9)%和(100.1±1.5)%(95%置信度)。与常规最小二乘法所得结果相比,KF法所得结果更准确可靠,尤其适用于批量分析和实时质量控制。 The contents of ephedrine hydrochloride and hibitane acetate in compound hibitane nose drops were accurately and spectrophotometrically determined using Kalman filtering method (KF) without any pretreatment of glycerol. The confidence limits of mean recovery of two components are 100.7±0.9% and 100.1±1.5% (95% confidence level), respectively. Compared with the results obtained using the ordinary least square method (OLS), the results obtained using KF method arc more accurate and reliable. It is especially applicable to analysis of the samples in batches and real time quality control.
