摘要
杜仲 ( Eucommia ulmoides)叶水提取液脱色处理中 ,脱色剂 A灵敏度高 ,用量少 ;脱色剂 B灵敏度低 ,用量多。在室温下 ,将脱色剂 A与脱色剂 B混合后对杜仲叶水提取液进行脱色预处理 ,结果表明 ,由脱色剂 A与脱色剂 B按照 1∶ 49(体积比 )组成的混合脱色剂 ,对色素脱除率大于81 % ,可溶性固形物去除率大于 47% ,而桃叶珊瑚甙的存留率大于 93%。脱色效果优于单一脱色剂。
Decolorant A had higher decolorization sensitivity and less using volume than decolorant B .The mixed decolorant composed of decolorization A and decolorization B by 1∶49 (v/v) had better decolorizing capacity than the single decolorant for Eucommia extracting solution .The results showed that in the extracting solution of Eucommia leaf above 81% pigment and above 47% soluble solid were removed ,aucubin was kept about 93%.
