摘要
从作物需水量出发 ,考虑有效降水、地下水、输水损失、田间损失、无效蒸腾等因素后 ,构造了一个理论节水潜力的计算公式 ,继而利用一个调节因子 。
Crop water requirement is the baseline of estimating water saving potential in a irrigation district. With crop water requirement and other factors, such as effective precipitation, groundwater situation, water use efficiency(WUE) in irrigated district, WUE in cultivated fields, crop structure and so on, a model for estimating water saving potential for an irrigation district is presented in this paper.
