林州市水资源MIS系统开发研究

A Water Resources MIS for Linzhou City

以改善林州市水资源管理落后状况 ,促进社会经济持续发展为背景 ,以水资源关联信息资源化为目标 ,以 Internet互联网技术 ,ASP、SQL、Front Page等多媒体技术为手段 ,以文、图、数、表、声并茂为方式 ,对林州市境内的的系统状况、水资源和水利设施现状、节水应用示范、节水工程技术示范和水资源预测预报等 ;给出了实现信息资源化管理架构和技术要点 ,所介绍的林州市水资源 MIS系统对我国严重干旱缺水的北方地区进行水资源优化管理具有借鉴和示范作用。

In order to upgrade water resources management system and to promote sustainable development both in economy and society in Linzhou City, Henan Province, a MIS for water resources management in Linzhou City is presented in this paper. The MIS are developed according to general demands from the key national project and the final users, and with a set of new techniques, such as internet, ASP, SQL, FrontPage, and so on. The display formats of the MIS is rich and colorful, including words, pictures, figures, charts and voices. With the MIS, the water resources and hydraulic engineering situation in Linzhou City can be displayed and demonstration of water saving techniques and forecasting of water resources situation can be conducted. The MIS for water resources management in Linzhou City is helpful to improve water resources management for other Cities with serious water shortage in North China.
