摘要
1979年以来,我省继续医学教育根据对不同对象采取不同培训方式的总体设想,先后对962名主治医师级、1134名住院医师级、7329名医士级、17659名员级卫生人员和约1500名乡村医生进行了规范化培训,收到了较好效果。本文着重介绍我省开展此项工作的基本做法、实践成效与进一步开展此项工作的规划意见。
Since 1979, in accordance with a Comprehensive consideration of diverse traing programs in continuing medical education for medical workers of various levels, regular training programs have been conducted in 962 persons of visiting doctor level, 1134 of resident doctor level, 7329 of the level of secondary medical school education, 17659 of the level of primary medical education and 1500 countryside doctors A considerable success has been achieved. It was stressed the fundamental implementation, of the training programe actutl achievement in this regard and a suggestion concerning further development in planning was proposed.
