The Research Advance on Oxytocin Cytolocalization in Peripheral Organs

催产素是一种经典内分泌激素 ,放射免疫测定法 ( RIA)等的研究结果已表明 OT不仅产生于神经系统 ,而且在几个外周器官也有存在。本文从 OT细胞定位研究的角度出发 ,对近年来在卵巢、子宫、胎盘、睾丸及肾上腺、胸腺。

Oxytocin is a kind of classical endocrine hormone.It is produced not only in nervous sy stem,but also located in several peripheral organs by research of RIA.This paper emphasized on distribution of OT and its possible function in peripheral organs such as ovary, uterus, placenta, testis ,adrenal gland, thymic, and pancreas from oxytocin cytolocalization point of view in recent years.
