摘要
采取水蒸汽蒸馏法提取贵州产生姜精油 ,GC/ MS/ DS技术对生姜精油进行定性、定量分析 ,检测出51个成分 ,鉴定出 4 8个 ,占精油的 94 %。与以往报道过的资料比较 ,贵州产生姜较好。
The essential oil of Guizhou Zingiber (Zingiber officinale Rose) were collected by vapor distilliation. Analysis by GC/MS/DC showed that the following compounds were identified: β Zigiberene(25.51%), β Thujene(17.52%), Farnesene(10.69%), Sesquiphellandrene(10.39%),α Curcumene(5.39%), α Pinene(4.966%), 6 Methyl 5 heptene 2 one(2.284%), α Thujene(1.144%), Borneol(1.232%) to be the main aroma components. Comparing the aroma volatiles of Guizhou Zingiber with other those previously reported, it was concluded that Guizhou zingiber is better.
