家蚕血细胞对病原白僵菌的防御反应研究

Defense response of hemocytes in the silkworm,Bombyx mori to Beauveria basslana:

研究了家蚕血细胞对病原白僵菌的防御反应。结果表明 ,家蚕血细胞对病原白僵菌有明显的防御反应 ,白僵菌分生孢子引起的蚕血细胞总数变化与非致病因素的生理盐水引起的蚕血细胞总数变化之间存在显著差异。血细胞能吞噬囊包白僵菌分生孢子并后黑化成囊包块 ,但不能完全阻止其分生孢子的萌发 ,只起暂时的抑制作用。

The defense response of hemocytes in the silkworm, Bombyx mori to Beauveria bassiana was studied. Changes of the total hemocyte amount were greatly different between following injection of Beauveria bassiana conidia and of normal saline.And the hemocytes of the silkworm were capable of phagocytizing and encapsulating Beauveria bassiana conidia to form the melanized nodules,but it failed to suppress the spore germination in the nomules,only taking a temporary defense response.These results showed that hemocytes of the silkworm larvae had a very evident defense response to Beauveria bassiana.
