介绍了中性施胶可赋予纸张良好的抗水、抗酸碱溶液的渗透和扩散性能 ,中性施胶可以不用硫酸铝 ,它适用于以碳酸钙作填料 ,纸机网前箱pH值呈弱碱性 ,能提高纸页强度 ,改善印刷性能 ,提高白度和不透明度。通过实验室中性施胶配套助剂的大量对比试验 。

This article introduces neutral sizing which can make the paper with good water_resistance,acid_resistance,permeability and dispersion properties.Neutral sizing can be done without aluminium sulphate,which applies to calcium carbonate is regarded as filler,pH value assuming weak base prior to headbox of paper machine.It has not only increased the strength,brightness and opacity of paper but also improved the printabilities.After a great deal of comparative experiments in the laboratory for the neutral sizing and necessary additives have been made,we sift out the optimal combination and addition for the neutral sizing and necessary additives.
