漂白对纸浆颜色的影响

Preliminary Study on the Influence of Bleaching on the Color of Pulps

初步考察了某些漂剂对废纸浆和麦草浆颜色的影响。采用的漂剂有甲脒亚磺酸（F）、过氧化氢（P）、四乙酰乙二胺活化的过氧化氢（Pta）及过氧化氢继之甲脒亚磺酸（PF）。结果表明，漂剂使纸浆白度或明度增加的同时，导致纸浆红色的减少。漂白对 b 的影响比较复杂，似乎与浆种和漂剂均有关系。废纸浆的颜色变化对漂白的响应较大，而麦草浆的颜色变化对漂白的响应较小。建议应特别关注漂白对二次纤维颜色的影响。

The effects of certain bleaching agents on the color spectra of waste paper pulp and wheat straw pulp were investigated preliminarily． The agents used were formamidine sulfinic acid （F）， hydrogen peroxide （P）， tetraacetylethylenediamine activated hydrogen peroxide （Pta）， and hydrogen peroxide followed by formamidine sulfinic acid （PF）． The results showed that bleaching agents increased the brightness or lightness of pulp but also reduced the redness component of the color spectrum． The effect of bleaching on b was relatively complicated， it depended on both the species of pulp and bleaching agents． The effect of bleaching on the color of waste paper pulp was greater than that of wheat straw pulp． This result suggests that more attention should be paid to the effects of bleaching on the color spectra of reclaimed secondary fibers．
